byWM aka wIm hrmns, is a visual artist from Antwerp.
Through corona his interest shifted towards lo-fi video and visuals and started experimenting with analog video mixers from the 90ties and years 2000.
Those mixers become instruments that manipulate photos and graphic images into unique visuals.
Because they have limitations by technical functions and their analogue character, the human creativity takes over and a true experimental process arises.
Visuals were shown video wall of Pukkelpop 2023.
