In 2001 when he began his studies in Visual Arts at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana had his first contacts with VJing, led
by the Spanish video artist, André Cruz, VJ of Ojos de Brujo. After a year of training and learning alone, he joined the band
MORFONIA in 2002 where he implemented the use of live video as a fundamental part of all their concerts to this Bogotano
group, gaining recognition for the CULTURE IN COMMON tour conducted by the IDCT (Instituto Distrital de Cultura y
Turismo). This tour was given as a prize for innovation in staging and the use of video as a new resource in the national
music scene.
Later Morfonia is nominated for Best Staging in SHOCK AWARDS. In the same year (2002) he began his work in
